Transitional RTW Home & Employer Based Program (HRTW)
All Employee’s Have An Opportunity to Participate
Designed to accommodate the employee that cannot be placed at a not-for-profit jobsite due to availability, pandemics, and/or other criteria. Employees will be monitored by the RTWFL attendance management team which will have a series of attendance monitoring tools to include the time clock system, alerts, text messages, voice recognition and GPS. Job assignments will be mailed to the employee’s residence or to existing jobsite.
Employees will receive all materials necessary to execute the requested daily job tasks. This may include assignment instructions, time clock instructions, return mail envelopes plus materials which may include paper, postcards, cards, pens, pencils, markers and much more.
RTWFL has teamed up with non-for-profit organizations, to offer assignments for program participants while supporting these fantastic organizations. An example of the not-for-profit organization Cards for Kidz, that brings smiles to seniors, veterans, and children’s faces in the form of fun, cute, handmade cards.
